Marketplace

Vehicles on AutoViax are listed by independent rental businesses. AutoViax is not a party to any rental agreement. Prices, bonds, availability and terms are set by each business and must be confirmed with them directly.

Business accounts

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for complying with laws that apply to them, and for the information they record about renters. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Payments

AutoViax does not collect rental payments or bonds. Payments recorded in AutoViax are records entered by the business, not confirmations from a bank or payment provider.

Electronic agreements

Where AutoViax helps prepare rental agreements, the business is responsible for ensuring the agreement and the way it is signed meet its legal obligations.
