Built for weekly and long-term rental operators
Whether you run five cars or five hundred, AutoViax keeps your fleet, renters, rentals and money in one place — and gives you a public page to share.
How it works
- Register your business. We verify your email and approve your account.
- Add your fleet. One record per vehicle with pricing, bond, compliance dates and photos.
- Publish what's available. Published vehicles appear on the marketplace and your own share link.
- Manage rentals. Record handovers, returns, charges, bonds and payments as they happen.
What AutoViax does not do
- It does not take rental payments or store card details. You collect payments your usual way and record them.
- It does not confirm bookings automatically. Enquiries come to you to accept or decline.
- It never marks a vehicle available just because a return date has passed — you confirm it.
- It does not provide tax or BAS accounting.
