Do I need an account to rent a vehicle?
No. Browse the marketplace or a business's page and enquire, call or message the business directly. Only rental businesses have AutoViax accounts.
Does AutoViax take my payment or bond?
No. Rent and bond are paid directly to the rental business using the arrangements they offer, such as bank transfer. AutoViax helps the business keep accurate records.
Is my enquiry private?
Your enquiry goes only to the business you contacted. Please do not include licence numbers or payment details in an enquiry.
How does a business get listed?
Register a business account, verify your email and wait for approval. You can set up your fleet straight away and publish once approved.
What does "availability to be confirmed" mean?
The vehicle is on a rental whose return date is not yet certain. You are welcome to enquire; the business will confirm when it can be rented.
Can I share my business page?
Yes. Every business has a stable link such as /business/your-name that shows only its own published vehicles. Copy it from Settings in your dashboard.
About the demonstration
When the demonstration banner is shown, every business, vehicle, renter, rental and payment is fictional sample data created for showing the product. Vehicle pictures marked “Demo image” are original illustrations, not photographs of real vehicles. Emails are not sent in the demo; they are kept in an outbox visible to the platform administrator.
